Most products released on our site are "Pre-Orders" unless stated otherwise. Once a  pre-order is placed it is immediately processed through our system and will be shipped ASAP from our facilities. Delivery times fluctuate, but all orders can be expected within a few weeks unless other info is given. Your patience and support is greatly appreciated!

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/SALES
