Coverage Period: This warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Coverage Details:

Coverage Eligibility: This warranty covers sunglasses purchased from The Unwritten Brand only. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided to qualify for warranty service.

Coverage Extent: In the event of accidental breakage (with visual proof) The Unwritten Brand will provide a one-time replacement at no cost to the customer.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, or unauthorized repairs. It also does not cover loss, theft, or damage caused by accidents not related to manufacturing defects.

Claims Process:

a. Initiating a Claim: To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact The Unwritten Brand's customer support email within the one-year warranty period.

b. Required Information: Customers will be asked to provide proof of purchase along with clear photographic evidence of the damaged sunglasses.

c. Evaluation: The Unwritten Brand reserves the right to evaluate the claim and determine if the damage is covered by this warranty.

d. Resolution: If the claim is approved, The Unwritten Brand will provide instructions on how to proceed with the replacement.

Shipping Costs: If a replacement is deemed necessary under this warranty, The Unwritten Brand will cover the cost of shipping the replacement sunglasses to the customer. However, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with sending the damaged sunglasses back to The Unwritten Brand.

Limitation of Liability: The Unwritten Brand shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the sunglasses. In no event shall the liability of The Unwritten Brand exceed the purchase price of the sunglasses.

By purchasing sunglasses from The Unwritten Brand, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this warranty.
